FAS Team to Ossining for Dryer Fire

Around 1:35 PM this Valentine's Day, the Croton-on-Hudson FD was requested Mutual Aid to Ossining for a fire in a laundromat. Minutes later, Car 2083 and Engine 119 were responding as the FAST Company.
While responding, Ossining's Bravest knocked down the fire within a commercial dryer. Units were venting the building of smoke and checking for extension when our units arrived. Engine 119 staged down the block on Spring Street while the crew set-up near the fire building.
The Incident Commander, Assistant Chief Scarduzzio (Car 2332), release the CFD units within 20 minutes.
A response of 10 volunteers handled this incident.
