At 12:12 PM on Wednesday, Engine 119 (Washington), Engine 118 (Chemical), Rescue 18 (Fire Patrol) and Croton EMS were dispatched to the north end of the village on Albany Post Road for a single car accident. On scene, units found an elderly female in an Audi that went off the roadway heading northbound, that struck a large rock and was substantially damaged. Car 2089 (DC J. One elderly female patient was taken ALS to Westchester Medical Center with reportedly non-life-threatening injuries. CFD remained on scene until the vehicle was removed by a local tow company. The CFD returned to service about 45 minutes later. |
