On Sunday, December 17th, the Croton-on-Hudson Volunteer Fire Department held our annual "Candy Cane Run." This event is held each December where our members and apparatus bring Santa Claus around Croton, delivering candy canes, smiles and great holiday cheer!

With over 30 CFD volunteers pitching in, this year's Run was a great success, with Santa and our elves handing out over 1,000 candy canes - and quite a few dog treats to our canine friends too!

We thank our great community for supporting us year-round, and look forward to bringing this event back in 2018!
