Just shy of four hours later, at 4:11 PM, Car 2089 witnessed a two-car collision at Cleveland Drive and Emerson Avenue. On this assignment was Engine 120 (Harmon), Engine 119 and Rescue 18. Car 2082 (AC Colombo) arrived and assumed command, with 2089 assuming Operations. All 3 occupants from the two cars were able to exit their cars, with the driver of one vehicle experiencing a laceration to the head. He was taken BLS by Croton EMS to Westchester Medical Center for evaluation, and the other two parties - including a young child - declined medical attention. CFD remained on scene closing the road and awaiting the tow trucks to remove both vehicles. Units cleared about 40 minutes later.
